Physical Therapy

Evaluation and further visits as needed to establish a Home Exercise Program to improve the patient's mobility, strength, and endurance. Also to teach patient/caregiver(s) safety with transfer and patient safety.

Speech Therapy

Evaluation and further visits as needed for swallowing difficulties or difficulty speaking.

Home Health Aide

To assist with bathing and patient's personal care.
